It's already the end of the month of July. The summer of 2012 is rapidly passing. If you haven't already done so, now is the time to shimmy out of your swimsuit and experience the thrill of strutting around completely naked, at least once, before the cooler temperatures return. After all, give it some time and if it's not for you, all you have to do is put your swimsuit back on.
Modest? That's okay, many men are (because we were all taught that naked is evil). When you have some time alone, especially if you're outside, take off your shorts and just enjoy being you without your clothes. Once you're comfortable with your naked body, shyness about your nudity diminishes. Remember, we were all communally naked in the middle and high school locker rooms. The roof didn't collapse on top of us and the world didn't end.
Nervous? Relax, no problem. Most men are a little apprehensive just being nude and doing whatever, whether alone or in a group. Once again, it goes back to being taught that naked is dirty and wrong. Like everything else in life, many are nervous about anything new. Take a deep breath, strip off those clothes and focus on living for a change without having to worry about what you're wearing. Just enjoy you being you, naturally.Remember, it's not your first time nude in front of others; think back to those school-days locker rooms.
